This is a reminder email that UPS will only guarantee ground packages to arrive before Mother's Day
if they have been shipped by 3:00 pm (PST) Thursday the 1st of May.


Delivery Time of Reed Diffusers:

On average, orders for reed diffusers take 6-10 business days from date of purchase until arrival. The details are as follows. DiffuserStore.com orders are normally packaged and shipped by the DiffuserStore.com team within 3-4 business days (we ship Mon-Fri and do our best to ship orders the same day we receive them). UPS, usually, is then able to deliver your reed diffusers within 3-6 additional days (inside the contenental United States). Thus the delivery time estimate of 6-10 business days from date of order.

Shipping Methods for Reed Diffusers:

DiffuserStore.com sends all reed diffuser orders using UPS ground. Unfortunately, air travel is not recommended for reed diffusers as such major air pressure changes can have adverse effects on the contents of the bottles.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations:

A) If you have placed an order and have not yet received an "Order is Shipped" notification email, please contact us and we will be able to simply cancel your order.

B) If you have already received a "Order is Shipped" email notification with a UPS tracking number but you have not received your order from DiffuserStore.com, we can still cancel the order & credit your credit card for the cost of the items however the customer may still be liable for the shipping cost.

So please, if you are going to cancel, do it as early as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

At DiffuserStore.com, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to replace an order/gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate, or refund as long as the item is not been opened/used.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, DiffuserStore.com will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

Obtain a gift return number by contacting Customer Service.
